Investigation Process

When a complaint is received, the university will conduct a prompt, thorough, and impartial investigation. The process includes:

Review of complaint and determination of appropriate response

Gathering of evidence and interviews with relevant parties

Analysis of evidence and conclusion regarding policy violations

Resolution

Implementation of appropriate remedial measures and sanctions

Non-Retaliation Policy

Ludwitt Academy strictly prohibits retaliation against any person who:

  • Makes a good faith report of discrimination or harassment
  • Participates in an investigation or proceeding
  • Opposes discriminatory practices
  • Requests reasonable accommodations

Retaliation is a serious violation of university policy and may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination or expulsion.
