# Refund Policy

## Overview
Ludwitt Academy is committed to providing quality education and fair refund practices in accordance with Arizona State Board for Private Postsecondary Education (AZPPSE) regulations.

## Tuition Refund Schedule

### Withdrawal Before Program Start
- 100% refund if withdrawal occurs 5 or more business days before program start
- 75% refund if withdrawal occurs 1-4 business days before program start

### Withdrawal After Program Start
- **Week 1-2**: 75% refund of remaining tuition
- **Week 3-4**: 50% refund of remaining tuition  
- **Week 5-8**: 25% refund of remaining tuition
- **After Week 8**: No refund available

### Extenuating Circumstances
Refunds may be considered for:
- Medical emergencies with documentation
- Military deployment with orders
- Job relocation requiring documentation
