Refund Policy

Overview

Ludwitt Academy is committed to providing quality education and fair refund practices in accordance with Arizona State Board for Private Postsecondary Education (AZPPSE) regulations.

Tuition Refund Schedule

Withdrawal Before Program Start

- 100% refund if withdrawal occurs 5 or more business days before program start - 75% refund if withdrawal occurs 1-4 business days before program start

Withdrawal After Program Start

- **Week 1-2**: 75% refund of remaining tuition - **Week 3-4**: 50% refund of remaining tuition - **Week 5-8**: 25% refund of remaining tuition - **After Week 8**: No refund available

Extenuating Circumstances

Refunds may be considered for: - Medical emergencies with documentation - Military deployment with orders - Job relocation requiring documentation

Refund Process

1. Submit written refund request to academic affairs 2. Include supporting documentation if applicable 3. Request will be reviewed within 5 business days 4. Refunds processed within 30 days of approval

- Application fees - Technology fees - Certification exam fees - Materials and resource fees
